Bri's Beauty Bar has a NO refund policy on any digital and/or physical products that are half used, damaged once in your possession, or any personal reasons. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate shipping information provided by customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct at the time of purchase. We strongly advise double-checking all shipping details before finalizing your order to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Returns or refunds will only be accepted with emails sent on the same day as delivery with attached photos of damages to packaging. We are able to use our own discretion on what exactly happened and if we will honor the refund/return. our company is not responsible for any allergic reactions or inflammations that occur while using our product. Everyones skin is different we recommend skin testing before full coverage. our product is made from natural herbs, butters and oils, if allergic to certain ingredients please read label beforehand. If you have severe skin allergies and aren’t sure please email us before purchasing.
